Less than paying someone to do it.
Our agents do in minutes what takes a person hours. You pay for the hours of work they save you, priced below what it would cost to employ someone to do it.
The whole idea in three numbers
- 1 Someone doing the work is paid £13.45 an hour The Real Living Wage: a fair wage, and our benchmark.
- 2 But they really cost you £17.47 an hour Once you add NI, pension, holiday, sick pay and more. See the sums
- 3 We charge £9.61* per hour saved, + 20% support On a 12-month plan. At least 34% less than employing someone, support included.
Our bottom line: we price against the Real Living Wage, never against what you actually pay. So every pound you pay them above it is extra saving for you. Paying someone £40,000? They really cost £26.83 an hour, but our price is still set against £17.47.
See the sums behind £17.47 an hour
Employing someone costs more than their wage, and they're not at work every hour you pay for. So we add up a year of costs and divide by the hours they actually work.
| A year of employing someone (2025–26) | Cost |
|---|---|
| Wages at £13.45/hr (37.5 hours a week, excluding sick days) | £25,783.65 |
| Statutory Sick Pay for 4.4 sick days | £108.46 |
| Employer National Insurance (15% above £5,000) | £3,133.82 |
| Employer pension (3%) | £589.56 |
| Office software (Microsoft 365) | £138.60 |
| Employer's liability insurance | £61.00 |
| Total cost of employing them | £29,815.09 |
| Hours actually worked (1,950 paid, less 28 days' holiday and 4.4 sick days) | 1,707 |
| Cost per hour worked | £17.47 |
Doesn't include recruiting them or equipment such as a laptop, so hiring someone new costs more.

Fair for both of us
We'll take work off your hands and save you real money. To keep that honest on both sides, we don't guess at hours. We count the work.
- We agree the times together. For example, 6 minutes to raise an invoice. You'll see every figure.
- Your price follows the real work. After 3 months, we check the agreed hours against what the agents actually did, and adjust up or down. It never goes above what employing someone would cost.
- Each task counted once, however many agents it takes.
- If a tool you already pay for can do it, we'll tell you and won't charge.
Every business is different, so ultimately we can agree bespoke pricing with each client.
If it isn't saving you money, it isn't working for either of us.

Get started →* Pricing notes. All prices are illustrative and exclude VAT. Complex tasks and agents may cost more, and your exact price is agreed with you on a call. A 20% support charge, capped at £500 a month, is added to every monthly bill: it covers running costs, monitoring, fixes, small changes and help, and new tasks are priced like a new build. With support and VAT, the 12-month plan is £13.84 an hour, still below the £17.47 it really costs to employ someone. Employment costs are for a year of employing someone you already have, using legal minimums or published averages (current UK rates). They don't include recruiting them, equipment such as a laptop, or management, training and desk space, so the real cost is usually higher.
