How it works
Think of an AI agent as a new member of staff who's been trained to do one job exactly your way. It follows your rules, works day and night, and checks with you whenever it isn't sure. It just happens to be software.
Trained once, your way
We set it up with your rules and examples, and it does the job the same way every time.
Works in the tools you use
Your email, calendar and accounts, just as a member of staff would.
Knows its limits
It sticks to the jobs you've given it, and anything important waits for your yes.

About the agents
What is an AI agent?
Software we set up to do a particular job for you, such as chasing unpaid invoices or answering enquiries. It works inside the tools you already use, like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and it runs day and night.
What jobs can they do?
Everyday admin that follows a pattern: replying to enquiries, booking appointments and sending reminders, chasing unpaid invoices, filling in the same details in different places, and keeping your main figures up to date. If a job isn't worth handing over, we'll tell you.
Do I need new software?
No. Your agents work inside the tools you already use, such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, so nothing changes for you or your customers.
What if it gets something wrong?
You set the rules, and anything important waits for your yes. If an agent isn't sure, it checks with a person rather than guessing. We keep an eye on it too, so problems get spotted early.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Our AI runs in Microsoft's UK data centres, your information is never used to train AI, and agents only see what their job needs. Read how we keep your information safe.
How do you count the hours saved?
We agree with you how long each task takes a person now, for example 6 minutes to raise an invoice, and count how many the agents do. After 3 months we check the real numbers and adjust your bill up or down.
About pricing
What does support cover?
Everything that keeps your agents running: running costs, security keys, updates from the services they connect to, and small fixes. On a 12-month plan we keep watch and fix problems before you notice; on a rolling plan you tell us and we fix it. Either way, we respond to urgent problems within 1 working day. Changing what your agents do, or adding new jobs, is quoted separately, like a new build.
Do I pay VAT?
Yes, 20% on top of our prices. If your business is VAT-registered you claim it back. Even with VAT, our price is £15.25 an hour, still less than the £16.49 someone on minimum wage really costs.
What if my job is complicated?
The hourly price stays the same. A complicated job may cost more to build: on a 12-month plan standard builds are free, and we'll quote any extra before we start.
When does the price change?
The minimum wage goes up each April. On a rolling plan, our price goes up with it. On a 12-month plan, your price is locked until you renew.
What if I want to stop?
On a rolling plan, give us a month's notice. On a 12-month plan you can leave early and just pay the build fee for your size of job.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, £100 a month, which is about 2 hours of work a week.
Full prices and a calculator are on the pricing page.
